Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover): This is an exciting opportunity to join the Operations support team in Sensori on a ***** month fixed term contract.
Role Description: To assist with the daily operations of the business whilst providing support and assistance to Field Engineers, FM Account Managers Office teams.
Key Accountabilities: Responsible for Timesheet Management and reconciliation of Engineer hours for job costing before passing to payroll Responsible for weekly costing of Project/Tender works and client specific weekly costing for upload to financial system Assist with/cover the daily costing and reconciliation of Engineer Daywork hours for upload to financial system as required Liaising with FM Engineers on various queries and providing the necessary follow-up and support to resolve.
Inter-co monthly quote Monthly review and update of Department Guidelines Assist with/cover with Dispatch of Job Ticket No's to FM Engineers Any other duties determined appropriate by the Company Critical Competencies : Excellent Communication Skills Ability to source and reconcile information from multiple sources Flexible and willing to work in a constantly changing environment as the Company grows Capable of prioritising tasks and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team Highly organised with the ability to meet strict deadlines Conscientious with a strong attention to detail Approachable with a pleasant disposition Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications: Leaving Certificate 5+ years experience in an administration role Proficient IT skills and working knowledge /use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc)
