Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute territory plans, sales strategies, and performance metrics to drive growth in residential and small business markets.
2. Build, lead, and scale a high-performing regional sales team, setting the tone for culture, performance, and customer focus.
3. Collaborate with marketing and inside sales to manage leads, maximise conversion, and represent the company at events and local initiatives.
Requirements
* At least 12 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in high-paced field sales environments.
* Proven ability to build, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, creating accountability and a results-driven culture.
* Strong coaching, communication, and motivational skills, with a track record of developing individuals to achieve their potential.
* Demonstrated data-driven mindset, comfortable using CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance metrics to inform decisions and drive growth.
This role requires full driver's license and willingness to travel regionally. The ideal candidate should be entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-scaling environment.
