As a seasoned AI solutions leader, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems for enterprise clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation in AI architecture, applying cutting-edge research to practical client use cases.
Responsibilities
 1. Develop and implement strategic AI initiatives that meet client needs.
 2. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to advise on AI strategy and opportunities.
 3. Facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize AI use cases and roadmaps.
 4. Design and oversee scalable AI systems, including multi-agent workflows.
 5. Manage large-scale AI projects from concept to delivery, working with cross-functional teams.
 6. Mentor data scientists and engineers in advanced AI development, MLOps/LLMOps, and agentic design.
 7. Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
 8. Ensure high-quality delivery using Agile practices, responsible AI principles, and software engineering standards.
Requirements
 * 10+ years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science with at least 5 years in leadership or architecture roles.
 * Strong track record of delivering large-scale AI solutions in enterprise or consulting settings.
 * Deep knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
 * Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph.
 * Strong understanding of RAG, Graph RAG, agentic systems, and multi-agent collaboration.
 * Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML libraries (Transformers, spaCy, NLTK).
 * Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma) and embeddings.
 * Deployment experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP with strong cloud-native knowledge.
 * Strong software engineering foundation and experience with MLOps/LLMOps pipelines.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field; Master's/PhD preferred.
