Customer Support Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, coordinate deliveries, and manage orders accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process orders, queries, and product complaints promptly and efficiently.
* Coordinate deliveries and manage urgent orders with minimal delays.
* Search for tender opportunities and compile bids that meet our high standards.
* Prepare quotations and maintain pricing systems to ensure accuracy and transparency.
* Process invoices, payments, and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner.
* Liaise with sales, supply chain, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
Contract Details:
* Contract: 12-month fixed-term
* Hours: Mon-Fri (7:30am/8am start)
* Work Model: Hybrid (min 1 day onsite/week)
* Compensation: Salary + bonus (up to 12%)

Requirements:
* Fluent Finnish and English language skills
* Strong communication and data entry skills
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Microsoft Office proficiency
* Advantageous: 1-2 years support/admin experience, knowledge of tendering, procurement, or finance, third-level qualification
