Job DescriptionProcess and update Sales Leads in Mobile Sales.Liaise with the Sales Team in compiling, inputting and managing market intelligence data.Ensure the smooth operation of the pre-invoicing process.Responsible for ensuring "Right First Time" accuracy on Customer and Project pricing.Generate and Manage Bids, Quotations and Projects in Mobile Sales.Review Cognos and Pricing Exception Reports daily and make the necessary pre-invoicing corrections.Process pricing credit notes.Manage and process tender enquiries & LA Quotes.Process website enquires in a timely manner.Ad-hoc reporting to the Sales & Commercial Team.Assist with customer surveys and price increases.Contribute to project work within the Commercial Department.About The RoleThe following knowledge, skills and competencies are required for this role: Team player with an ability to work on own initiative.Strong sales process discipline.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail orientated with a proven ability to follow precise procedures.Strong organisational and administrative skills.Functional knowledge of Command Alkon and Cognos.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Skills NeededAbout The CompanyRoadstone's nationwide business includes the manufacture and distribution of a wide range of construction products including ready-mix concrete, aggregates, asphalt and macadam, mortar and plaster, concrete blocks and masonry, paving products, roof tiles and agricultural lime.
