About the job
Our client is a civil engineering and utilities company based in Ireland. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are seeking to recruit junior, intermediate, and senior Health & Safety professionals.
Key responsibilities
 * Responsible for the implementation and ongoing monitoring of the Company’s EHS Management System throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Promote a proactive health and safety culture across the site, engaging site management, contractors, and the site team.
 * Conduct regular site inspections to assess EHS compliance and produce detailed weekly reports.
 * Provide training, toolbox talks, inductions to site staff & subcontractors.
 * Build and sustain strong collaborative relationships with the broader project team.
 * Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Specific Requirements
 * Recognised EHS Degree or Diploma (NEBOSH diploma or equivalent qualification preferred)
 * Previous Construction experience is preferred
 * Excellent communication, organisational, and reporting skills
 * Ability to prioritise work requirements and handle multiple tasks
 * Must work well within a team and be able to collaborate with others
 * Proactive approach to building & maintaining a strong safety culture
 * Eligible professionals with evidence of competency and the right to work in the EU
