We're hiring a Senior Global Payroll Specialist to lead international payroll operations across Ireland, the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. This newly created role is a key addition to a growing finance team and offers strong visibility across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end payroll across multiple countries
* Ensure compliance with local tax and labour regulations
* Liaise with payroll vendors and internal teams
* Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting
* Support system automation and process improvements
* Handle employee queries and statutory payments
Requirements:
* 3+ years' payroll experience, ideally across jurisdictions
* Strong Excel and payroll system skills (e.g., ADP, NetSuite)
* IPASS, CIPP, or equivalent certification
* Detail-oriented, collaborative, and organised
