The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications and integrations using Zoho's suite of products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Zoho's platform and tools, along with strong development skills to meet clients' specific business needs. They will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Consult clients in developing, implementing, and maintaining custom applications using Zoho's suite of products.Design and develop applications using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho tools.Integrate Zoho applications with third -party software and internal systems to streamline business processes.Conduct regular reviews to ensure applications are performing optimally and meeting client needs.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of solutions, recommending enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions on time and within budget.Provide training and support to clients on Zoho applications and best practices.Stay updated on the latest Zoho product updates and features to provide cutting -edge solutions to clients.Develop and participate in business development initiatives.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSMinimum of 3+ years of experience in Zoho development and implementation.Solid experience in developing custom applications and integrations using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho tools.Experience with API integration and third -party applications.Strong understanding of business processes and how to optimize them using Zoho's suite of products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.You are a team player, self -motivated, and able to work independently.You possess multi -tasking and analytical skills as well as an eye for detail.You should be able to architect, script, and code effectively while interacting with clients in real -time during calls. Timely task delivery and strong communication skills are essential.You possess excellent inter - and intrapersonal skills. You are able to work under pressure.
EDUCATION
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
