Job Title: Contract Administrator
Job Description:
As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and support for highway infrastructure operations and maintenance. Your duties will include day-to-day contract management, PPP contract administration, compliance monitoring, and project/program management services.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinating specialists, managing contracts, reviewing submissions, expediting project schedules, ensuring compliance, and conducting regular inspections;
* Prepare and present reports to clients;
* Draft and review correspondences to contractors;
* Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders;
* Manage day-to-day operational duties;
* Continuously improve operations and deliver quality customer service;
* Propose alternatives for expediting / recovering of project schedules with contractors for presentation to, and agreement with, the client;
* Attend Risk Reduction meetings and record actions and mitigations agreed;
* Monitor contractual compliance by the contractor, and early identification of issues and problems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical/electronic engineering; or in another relevant discipline;
* 5 years + post-graduate experience in infrastructure projects;
* Ideally experienced in mechanical/electrical systems projects and infrastructure maintenance;
