Duties And Responsibilities
* Direct the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.
* Apply advanced engineering principles to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently. Propose creative, effective solutions to address project‑specific and industry‑wide challenges.
* Support the growth and development of Junior Engineers and technical staff.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure project deliverables are completed within scope, budget and timeline.
* Ensure the preparation and maintenance of all relevant manufacturing specifications.
* Oversee line extensions and new product introductions (NPIs), ensuring any supporting documentation is in place.
* Implement lean practices and continuous improvement strategies to enhance project outcomes.
* Any other duties as assigned by management.
Skills/Qualifications
* Relevant bachelor's degree or master's with a minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent.
* 3–10 years of proven experience in an Engineering position.
* Knowledge of engineering theories, methods and work measurement techniques.
* Proven ability to use engineering methods during design, development, and maintenance to improve product quality and reduce costs.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills.
* Capable of coordinating and contributing to multiple project development teams.
* Detail‑oriented and results driven.
