They are now recruiting a Social Care Leader for their services in Tullamore to manage a team of Social Care Workers and manage the day to day running of the service to ensure residents are in a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment.
The Role: Ensure high-quality, person-centred support aligned with organisational values is delivered by your staff team Manage the day to day running of the service Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff Work as part of a multidisciplinary team Contribute to quality, safety, and risk management processes Promote positive relationships with local communities and services Complete staff supervisions.
