About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional to join our team as a pharmacy advisor. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the over-the-counter (OTC) counter and shop floor sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Deliver high-quality customer service, adhering to company policies and ethics.
* Product Knowledge: Offer excellent assistance to customers, ensuring they receive accurate information about products.
* Store Maintenance: Ensure the pharmacy is properly merchandised, clean, tidy, and that stock levels are maintained accurately.
As a pharmacy advisor, you will be expected to have previous experience in a community pharmacy setting, with excellent product knowledge, strong communication skills, good prioritising, multi-tasking, and organisational skills. You must also possess confidentiality and empathy towards customer needs, as well as a strong work ethic.
Requirements
* Previous Experience: Previous pharmacy OTC experience in a community pharmacy setting.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to a variety of personalities.
* Skillset: Good prioritising, multi-tasking, and organisational skills, along with confidentiality and empathy towards customer needs.
