As the Sales Administrator you will work within a team on the front line of sales and services, the role involves contact with potential and existing customers, quoting advising & maintaining professionalism.
* Have a strong sales background
* Have good interpersonal skills and be very competent in IT
* Ability to problem solve and reach considered solutions for clients
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Work well under pressure and work as part of a team

* Experience in Customer Service
* APA Qualification – held or working toward/equivalent
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data reconciliation ability
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage conflicting demands
* Quick to learn new software and committed to continuous improvement
* Excellent communication skills and discretion with sensitive information
