Reperio has partnered with a company who are looking for a visionary Principal C# .NET Developer to spearhead the creation of a brand-new, high-impact development team. This leadership role offers the chance to define technical strategy, shape architecture, and drive innovation on critical projects - all from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions using C# and .NET technologies
* Define and drive architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across the development lifecycle
* Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and other architects to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
* Mentor and coach senior developers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning
* Oversee code quality, testing strategies, and deployment pipelines to ensure robust, secure, and maintainable applications
* Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to improve team productivity and software quality
* Lead technical risk assessments, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure timely resolution of architectural challenges
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of professional development experience with strong expertise in C# or Java
* At least 10 years of experience in software architecture design and leadership roles
* Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar), microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs
* Proven ability to design scalable, high-performance distributed systems
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and stakeholders
* Passion for mentoring, team building, and fostering a culture of technical excellence
