Job Title: System Engineer Location: On-Site, Dublin Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Rotating Days and Nights, 1 in 3 Sundays We are looking for a skilled System Engineerto join our client's Engineering team and support the operational performance of the warehouse site.
This is a critical, on-site role requiring strong systems knowledge, real-time troubleshooting capabilities, and coordination across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities: Manage order release and outbound process to ensure timely dispatch Monitor warehouse wave execution, replenishment, and pick routing Coordinate emergency orders and resolve warehouse queries Troubleshoot operational and system issues in real time Produce hourly and daily performance reports Support planned downtime and escalate issues as needed Drive continuous improvement across systems and processes Requirements: Ideally, 3+ years of process engineering experience (FMCG preferred) or 1+ years' experience with appropriate degree Strong analytical skills and system proficiency Experience with Lean Six Sigma (preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point Must be available for all shifts on-site (remote work is not possible)If you are a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.
