The work you do will be no different from any other team member. You will also receive formal development opportunities and specific training associated with our Graduate Programme. We want you to succeed in Sanofi and you will be actively supported and mentored throughout the programme.As well as working side by side with experienced team members and participating in projects and day to day team activities, you will also receive training designed to help you develop soft skills in a range of areas such as: presentation and communication skills, emotional intelligence, influencing and leadership skills. We support a variety of corporate and social responsibility activities and all Graduates participate in the Junior Achievement program with local schools during the program.The program starts 1st September 2026 and last 2 years.Quality Graduate Program Overview: This is a structured development program across three key quality functions, designed to provide comprehensive exposure to pharmaceutical quality management for the successful candidateRotation 1: Quality Control Support GroupSupport ongoing quality control compliance activityLearn about GMP requirements and quality control processesAssist in QC digital transformation projectsDevelop understanding of analytical methods and specificationsExposure to management of QC laboratory equipmentRotation 2: Quality Projects & Excellence (6 months)Contribute to continuous improvement initiativesSupport project execution within time, budget, and deliverable constraintsLearn about quality risk management principlesDevelop skills in data analysis and process improvementParticipate in cross-functional quality projectsRotation 3: Quality Systems (6 months)Support quality management system maintenance and improvementAssist in document control and change management processesLearn regulatory requirements and compliance standardsSupport quality system tools implementationDevelopment Focus:Quality management principlesRisk assessment methodologiesProject management fundamentalsRegulatory compliance understandingContinuous improvement techniquesAbout SanofiWe're an R&D-driven, AI-powered biopharma company committed to improving people's lives and delivering compelling growth.
