Senior Grade Speech and Language Therapist Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Speech and Language Therapist to lead our Children's Disability Network Team as a Senior Speech and Language Therapist.
* Develop and implement high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and intervention strategies for complex caseloads.
* Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior therapists and students to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Drive innovation and quality improvement initiatives within the discipline, promoting best practices and evidence-based care.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop coordinated, family-centred care plans that meet the unique needs of clients.
* Maintain professional standards, adhering to CORU registration and Children First compliance requirements.
* Represent the profession internally and externally, fostering partnerships and collaborations that benefit the community.
* Contribute to research, audits, and service evaluation initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence in practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Registration on the CORU register as a Speech & Language Therapist.
* A minimum of 3 years of full-time post-qualification clinical experience.
* Requisite knowledge and ability to discharge duties effectively and efficiently.
