Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Financial Analyst to support the compensation process for investment professionals across the firm.

Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting into a senior member of the finance function, the Financial Analyst will support compensation analytics and reporting across the investment business:
* Contract Review – Interpret investment professional agreements to support pay calculations
* Compensation Analysis – Prepare monthly and annual performance-related compensation calculations and reports
* Stakeholder Collaboration – Liaise with legal, HR, and operational teams to ensure accurate outcomes
* Reporting & Month-End – Support financial reporting cycles, including compensation reconciliations and documentation
* Project Involvement – Contribute to cross-functional projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
* Ad Hoc Analysis – Provide insight and support to leadership as compensation models and business needs evolve
