Job Description
As a key member of the site leadership team, you will provide strategic, proactive, and effective HR services to support the site's operational success. Your expertise in managing complex employee relations matters within a manufacturing environment will be invaluable in ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage manpower planning to ensure the site adheres to Group driven policies, procedures, and statutory legislation;
* Implement the Group People strategy, cascading to all levels and support with the delivery of people initiatives;
* Develop and maintain good employee relations through regular communication with union representatives and other stakeholders;
* Actively participate in driving DE&I initiatives and promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect;
* Lead on change management, organizational design activity, sharing initiatives to drive efficiencies and reduce costs;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strategic HR & business partnering skills;
* Managing complex employee relation matters within a manufacturing/FMCG environment;
* Good understanding of employment law and change management;
* Extensive coaching and influencing skills;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Microsoft Office and HR systems skills;
* Cultural awareness and ability to manage priorities under pressure;
