The Role
We're seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead the team in Ennis. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining high standards of visual presentation, and ensuring every customer enjoys an outstanding in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive, welcoming environment in-store
Manage all aspects of store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and team scheduling
Support, train, and develop your team to reach their full potential
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
Analyse sales data and performance trends to identify opportunities for growth
Maintain excellent visual standards in line with brand guidelines
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in retail or hospitality management, ideally in fashion or lifestyle retail
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands‑on approach
Proven ability to motivate and develop a team
Commercially focused with an understanding of KPIs and sales performance
Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
Positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude
