Assistant Bar Manager – Lyrath Estate Hotel, Kilkenny, Ireland
We are looking for a talented and experienced Assistant Bar Manager who is passionate about excellent customer service, creating quality drinks, and leading and motivating a team.
The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day running of the bar, manage and motivate the team, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining our 5 Star Standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience in bar management or a senior hospitality role is essential
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service skills with a hands‑on approach
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communicator with fluency in the English language
Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude
Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences
Good knowledge and a genuine interest in cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages
