Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with site management, subcontractors, and client safety representatives.
* Promote safe systems of work and a positive safety culture on-site.
* Support hazard identification and implement corrective actions where required.
* Assist with daily site safety activities and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
* Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety observations.
* Assist in preparing RAMS, safety documentation, and incident reports.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 year's experience in a construction safety role (utilities or water projects advantageous).
* Ability to work independently and confidently on active construction sites.
* Relevant safety qualifications (SafePass, Manual Handling; additional certifications beneficial).
* Full driver's licence and willingness to be site-based 4-5 days per week.
* Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage at all site levels.
