Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dublin 5 for an Early Childhood Educator. The responsibilities include planning and conducting play-based learning activities, supporting individual needs, and fostering a nurturing environment for children. The educator will build positive relationships with children and parents, ensuring developmental milestones are met, and work collaboratively with the team to implement the Aistear/Siolta curriculum guidelines.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Experience and understanding of early childhood development and working with children in a professional setting.
* Creativity skills and the ability to design engaging, play-based learning activities.
* Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, activities, and records effectively.
* A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
* Commitment to creating an inclusive, safe, and stimulating environment for children of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
* Knowledge of Aistear and Síolta curriculum frameworks is highly desirable.
* First Aid certification and Garda Clearance are advantageous.
