Overview:
An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team responsible for managing and developing commercial relationships with brand partners in the automotive finance sector. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic commercial initiatives and enhancing cooperation across partner brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage effective working relationships with brand partners and coordinate preparations for joint operational and strategic meetings.
- Understand internal and partner objectives, creating aligned plans to drive business volume and financial performance.
- Identify and implement commercial and operational opportunities through tailored programmes and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate sales and commercial performance; recommend strategies to meet business objectives.
- Develop integrated retention and loyalty strategies to maximise contract renewals and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Key Requirements:
- Third-level qualification in Business, Strategy, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial or financial environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to deliver performance-driven outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills; ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and delivering results against KPIs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
