Commercial Strategy and Planning Manager - GTM - Analytics.
Performance and Planning Location: Dublin (Hybrid 3 days in office) Reports to: Director of Commercial Excellence Were looking for ananalytically driven, proactive Manager to support the development and execution of commercial strategies that drive sales performance, customer retention, and organizational effectiveness.
This is a key role where youll partner with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to optimize go-to-market initiatives, data-driven decision making, and strategic programs.
Key Responsibilities: Commercial Strategy & Planning: Support sales coverage models, territory alignment and GTM strategies.
Performance Insights: Develop dashboards, leverage data to drive sales and client retention, and report on performance.
Quota & Sales Incentives: Assist in quota-setting, monitor sales incentives, and provide recommendations to optimize programs.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with global teams and act as a connector across commercial, marketing, and operations.
What Youll Need: 57 years of experience in RevOps, sales enablement, or commercial operations (preferably in B2B/SaaS) with aBachelors degree in Business or related field; MBA is a plus.
Strong proficiency inSalesforce,Power BI,Excel, andTableau.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
