Key Responsibilities:
Lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Develop and implement systems and processes to track quality and productivity.
Provide forecasting, performance reports, and market insights to drive business growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize conversion rates and accelerate workflows.
Set and manage performance targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds goals.
Develop strategies for employee engagement, retention, and overall performance.
Analyze sales and pipeline data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Prepare and present business reviews and stakeholder reports.
What We're Looking For:
Native or fluent in German (C1) with strong communication skills.
Fluent in English (B2).
5+ years in sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong sales and relationship management skills.
Highly collaborative, results-driven, and solution-oriented.
Experience with CRM tools, data analysis, and sales forecasting.
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to empower teams.
Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
