Job Summary
We are looking for a Manual Software Tester to support testing activities across web and application projects. This role suits someone with a solid foundation in manual testing who is comfortable working in an Agile environment and wants to continue developing their testing skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Review business and technical requirements to understand what needs to be tested
* Create and execute manual test cases and test scripts
* Carry out system, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing
* Perform basic API testing when required
* Log, track, and retest defects using agreed processes
* Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
* Support test planning and contribute to test execution reporting
* Run basic SQL queries to validate data where needed
* Work closely with developers and other testers to support delivery
Required Skills & Experience
* 3+ years experience software testing
* Strong manual testing experience
* Experience with system and functional testing
* Basic API testing experience
* Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments
* Comfortable writing and executing test cases
* Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools
* Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage
