The Role
1. On behalf of our client, we are seeking an elegant, confident, and guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor who will oversee a variety of high-end experiences, including:

3. Wedding menu tastings
4. Private dining experiences
5. Occasional fine dining showcase events
6. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering premium service, ensuring seamless event execution, and developing a high-performing F&B team in a luxury environment.
What you'll be doing
7. Leading and supervising fine dining-level service across weddings, private dining, tastings, and special events.
8. Hosting and coordinating wedding tastings with attention to detail and warm professionalism.
9. Ensuring flawless service delivery for exclusive private parties and private dining evenings.
10. Training, coaching, and mentoring F&B associates to uphold 5‑star service standards.
11. Managing floor operations, service briefings, team communication, and guest flow.
12. Maintaining exceptional presentation, organisation, and consistency across all service areas.
13. Acting as a key guest liaison, ensuring every detail meets luxury expectations.
What we're looking for
14. Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, or a senior F&B professional ready to step up.
15. Background in a 5-star hotel, fine dining restaurant, or luxury property – essential.
16. Strong passion for guest service, with meticulous attention to detail and finesse.
17. Experience training and motivating teams to deliver elevated service.
18. Excellent communication, leadership presence, and a guest‑centric mindset.
19. Calm, organised, and solutions‑driven approach during high-paced service.
20. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based scheduling.
