This role combines front-of-house reception with hands-on facilities support, working closely with the Office Manager to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
What you'll do
Greet visitors and staff, ensuring a warm professional welcome
Manage meeting room bookings and keep shared spaces organised
Coordinate deliveries and couriers
Monitor office and kitchen supplies, ordering as needed
Provide general facilities support and assist with office events
