This is an on-site role, with a global company, providing administration and facilities support within a team of approximately 80 people.
There is a small admin team on site that you will be working closely with.
This role is part of a busy admin team and has become available due to expansion of the team.

Particularly confident in the use of Word, Excel & Outlook
Experience in a busyadministration position
This job opportunity involves various daily administrative tasks including the below:
Complete supplier forms and registration portals for customers
Contacting IT support to inform them of IT issues
Process card payments/manage skype subscriptions
Ordering office supplies
Organisinglunch for company office events
Assist in travel arrangements (Booking hotels and taxis)
Liaising with cleaning and repair companies for office maintenance
Book Health & Safety courses
Support the admin team with various general admin tasks and paperwork
