As a Group Bid Manager, you will lead end-to-end bid management, develop bid strategies, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, coordinate proposal development, ensure compliance with client requirements, collaborate with project managers, estimators, engineers, and business development teams, build strong client relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement in bid processes.
The ideal candidate has a third-level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, proven experience in bid/tendering roles in construction, preferably large-scale projects, strong technical knowledge, excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills, and flexibility to travel for client meetings and site visits.
