We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to join a leading architectural team in Dublin, specialising in large-scale data centre projects. This is a key role for a technically strong architect with proven delivery experience, particularly at construction and site stages. The successful candidate will take ownership of complex projects, ensuring high-quality execution from design through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of data centre projects across all stages, with a strong focus on construction and site phases
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including consultants and contractors
Oversee the production of detailed technical drawings and construction documentation
Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and project alignment
Attend and lead site meetings, resolving technical and design issues in real time
Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations, industry standards, and project specifications
Mentor and support junior team members
Requirements
Qualified Architect (RIAI or equivalent)
Significant post-qualification experience, with a proven track record in project delivery
Strong experience in construction stage and site-based roles
Experience working on data centre projects is highly desirable
Excellent technical knowledge and detailing ability
Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design tools
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of project delivery
Experience working within the Irish market
Familiarity with fast-track or mission-critical projects
Understanding of complex building services coordination
