About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Investor Relations department, you will play a critical role in communicating our corporate strategy and financial performance to Wall Street analysts, investors, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling, with experience working with large organizations and complex data sets. You will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of quarterly earnings processes, including creating meeting timelines and deliverables calendars, coordinating with cross-functional partners, and assisting with press release and earnings call prepared remarks.
You will also be responsible for tracking sell-side analyst reporting, competitor data, and market news, as well as performing sell-side ranking analysis and quarterly consensus deep-dives. Additionally, you will manage the company's investor website, including all content updates, creative design, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting or financial analysis position with large organization preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage complex data sets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information to various audiences.
* Experience with financial modeling, management reporting systems, and computer applications required.
* Ability to manage databases and Excel-based financial models required.

What We Offer
* A competitive base pay range: $77,000 - $131,000 annually.
