Responsibilities
* Manage required systems and tooling (e.g., CRM, BI) to ensure seamless data management, improve sales efficiency, capture current and potential customer relationships, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
* Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define and operationalise repeatable, scalable processes across the funnel, including lead qualification, deal progression, pipeline management, and forecasting.
* Lead user onboarding, training, and adoption programs when new processes or tools are introduced.
* Design and build automations to eliminate manual tasks and improve sales rep productivity.
* Create standardised reporting frameworks to support sales performance analysis, forecasting, and executive‑level dashboards.
Qualifications
* 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS or high‑growth environment.
* Strong hands‑on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and sales engagement platforms.
* Proven track record of implementing GTM tools and building scalable workflows.
* Process‑oriented with the ability to document, map, and improve complex processes.
* Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
* Analytical mindset with comfort working with data (e.g., reporting, dashboards, KPIs).
* High threshold for navigating ambiguity and balancing strategic priorities with rapid execution.
