Job Title: Legal Secretary

We are presently recruiting for a skilled professional to provide administrative and secretarial support to legal executives and lawyers in our office.

* This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Producing legal documentation such as court papers, contracts and wills.
2. Accompanying solicitors to police cells or the courtroom.
Vacancy DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced individual with excellent communication skills who can handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience of using case management systems, multitasking ability and be proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
Candidate Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess 1+ years' experience as a paralegal or legal secretary. Familiarity with legal documents and terminology is essential along with working knowledge of litigation management software systems. Typing speed of at least 50 wpm with high accuracy is required as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
