Project Director Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our fit-out/ceilings & partitions projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and expertise in construction document reviews and safety management systems.
The successful project director will work closely with consultants, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project execution and maintaining high-quality standards throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead teams of professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Develop and implement project plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies
* Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of services and effective resource allocation
Requirements:
* Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
