Job Overview
A seasoned HR Business Partner is needed to support our client in Dublin. The successful candidate will have experience across all aspects of HR, including talent management, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
* The HRBP will provide professional support to the HR Director and wider business, leading on operational functions of HR activities.
* They will be required to execute the business unit HR strategy, focusing on employee relations, retention, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a HRBP role in a busy customer centric environment.
* Hold a degree in a HRM or Business Management related discipline. A Master's qualification is preferred.
* CIPD accreditation is desirable.
* Experience in employee engagement, wellbeing and project management is highly sought after, preferably having worked on key HR Projects.
* Prior experience with Talent Management / Development is advantageous.
* Strong employee relations experience, working on grievances/disciplinary matters whether in an investigatory capacity or advisory capacity.
* Knowledge of Irish employment law is essential. An employment law qualification is desirable.
* Must be able to drive/have own car - regular office attendance is required. Flexible working arrangements available.
