At Origina, you’ll be part of a bold, fast-moving global business where your impact will be felt immediately.The RoleThe Senior Finance Business Partner is a senior, strategic role within Origina’s Finance function. Reporting directly to the VP Finance and working closely with the Group Financial Controller, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and risk analysis while acting as a trusted advisor across the organisation.You will combine technical excellence in FP&A with strong relationship‑building, commercial insight, and the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range financial planning processes.Build, enhance, and maintain financial models and scenario tools to support decision‑making.Deliver high‑quality reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership.Risk Identification, Deep‑Dive Analysis & MitigationAct as thetrusted voice on financial risk, proactively identifying emerging risks and opportunities across the business.Conduct deep‑dive reviews of revenue, cost drivers, margins, and operational risk areas; present clear mitigation strategies.Embed risk awareness and forward‑looking controls across the Finance team.Business Partnering & Stakeholder EngagementServe as a key partner to the Group Financial Controller, supporting operational finance quality, reporting cadence, and cross‑functional collaboration.Build strong relationships across Finance, including FP&A, AP, Compliance, and Commercial teams.Influence senior stakeholders with clear, concise insights, and challenge assumptions constructively.Strategic Support & Performance ManagementProvide financial leadership in strategic initiatives, commercial decision‑making, pricing, and investment appraisal.Support continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, financial processes, systems, and automation.Lead and participate in Finance transformation and value‑creation projects.About YouBig Four trained and qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.5+ years’ progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering, preferably within technology or international scaling firms.Strong modelling, analytical, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.Proven experience proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.Experience partnering directly with Financial Controllers or senior finance leadership is highly advantageous.What we offerCompetitive compensation that rewards achievementHybrid, flexible working modelFamily Health, Dental & Vision Insurance from day 1Life insurance & Income Protection23 days Annual Leave plus 2 company days with additional days earned based on your tenureGenerous Maternity & Paternity leave policies€200 annual wellness benefitsFlexibility of working remotely from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per yearA dedicated Volunteer Day to give back to your community and support meaningful causesEmployee Assistance ProgrammeAn inclusive environment with regular events organised by Engagement, and Diversity CommitteesDon't worry if you don't meet ALL the requirements, if you feel you would be a great fit for this role, we would love to hear from you!
