Production Leadership Role
This position involves leading and enhancing production operations to ensure efficient, secure, and high-quality manufacturing processes.
The role oversees CNC machining activities, drives operational excellence, supports industrial innovation, and actively manages human resources within the production team.
* Plan, manage, and oversee daily production operations to meet delivery, quality, and cost targets.
* Develop and execute production schedules, resource allocation ensuring optimal utilisation.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics (e.g. waste, downtime) to identify improvement opportunities.
