This is a small, friendly firm with exceptionally low turnover, hence a great opportunity to join a firm where you can settle for the long term. The role is office based and in a very central location in Dublin 2 supporting 2 Associates. The hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm but there is flexibility for an earlier start and finish if preferred. The Role:
* Filing
* Making appointments and managing the calendar
* Liaising with clients and courts
* Producing booklets and instructions to Counsel
* Providing reception cover from time to time
The Candidate:
* Legal Secretarial experience, ideally in Litigation. Additional Conveyancing experience is an advantage but not essential.
Ability to manage high volume caseload
Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a small team.
