The Role This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious engineer with 1-3 years of Irish experience looking to bridge the gap between design and project management. You will work on sophisticated steel and reinforced concrete structures, gaining direct exposure to high-value pharma facilities. Key Responsibilities: Design & Analysis: Perform structural calculations and design for complex industrial frames and foundations using software such as Robot, Tekla, or SCIA. Project Management: Support Senior PMs in project delivery, tracking milestones, and ensuring compliance with Eurocodes and Irish Building Regulations. Client Engagement: Attend design team meetings and act as a point of contact for clients, architects, and site contractors. Site Supervision: Conduct inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure conformance with structural specifications. Requirements Education: Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Experience: 1-3 years of post-graduate experience, ideally within an Irish consultancy environment. Ambition: A clear desire to achieve Chartered Engineer status; we are an Engineers Ireland Accredited Employer and provide full financial and mentoring support for the CPD process. Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and structural design software. Strong communication skills are essential for this client-facing role.
