Assistant Store Manager Role
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring that every aspect of the store's performance meets and exceeds our expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing all aspects of store operations, including sales, staff, customer experience, security, health and safety, stock, and resource management.
* Recruiting, training, coaching, and managing staff, adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Ensuring that all cash, wage costs, and budgets are effectively managed.
* Driving excellent visual merchandising to engage and inspire customers.
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all in-store services are suitably staffed and promoted.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in retail management, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. They will be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, with a clear understanding of how this drives sales and affects the bottom line.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
* 2 years of retail management experience.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, people management, and leadership skills.
* Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Strong product knowledge and IT skills, including Excel, Email, and SAP.
