Social Care Team Lead Opportunity

Our client is dedicated to supporting individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs to live an ordinary life in a community-based environment.
Job Description:
As a Social Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of social care staff in supporting adults towards independent living and community integration. This involves developing and implementing person-centred care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
You will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and support services. Additionally, you will recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team of social care staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care
* At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility
* Detailed understanding of developments at national and sectoral level in relation to quality and safety within disability services
* Proficient in IT skills relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams
* Full driver's license
