Job Summary

Administrative professionals in this role will support a dynamic contracts team by reviewing documents, identifying issues and escalating or resolving them, maintaining electronic and paper files, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

* Validate accuracy of contracts and ensure proper execution
* Maintain timely completion of processes and drive efficiency
* Manage and maintain electronic and paper records
* Collaborate with internal teams and provide general administrative support


Requirements

* Recent experience in an administrative capacity
* Proficiency in MS Office and strong IT skills
* Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
* Ability to establish efficient processes and procedures
