Senior Sales Leader Wanted
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a national sales team across Ireland, overseeing pipeline performance, lead generation strategy, and sales reporting while fostering a high-performing and motivated team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support a national sales team to deliver against ambitious revenue targets.
* Develop and maintain detailed sales reports and pipeline updates for senior leadership.
* Identify and implement improvements in the sales process to drive efficiency and conversion.
* Closely coordinate with marketing on lead generation activities and campaign outcomes.
* Set and monitor KPIs for individual team members; provide coaching and performance feedback.
* Ensure full and effective use of the CRM system for pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
* Instil a customer-first mindset across the team, ensuring a consistently high-quality experience.
* Contribute to the commercial strategy and assist with budgeting and planning cycles.
Candidate Profile:
A relevant degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a B2C setting.
