Main Responsibilities
1. Promote Vodafone Broadband services across the South-West region, ensuring strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth through targeted selling techniques.
2. Mentor and develop junior sales professionals, enhancing their skills and expertise through coaching, shadowing, quality checks, and feedback sessions.
3. Strategize with senior management to identify areas for improvement within existing business operations. Develop action plans that align with organizational objectives while delivering sustainable results under pressure.
