Job Description
A Quality Manager is required by Careerwise recruitment to work with a Dublin based aviation industry company.
Role of this position
1. Responsible for quality procedures & processes.
2. Obtaining and maintaining all necessary authority approvals.
3. Obtaining and maintaining all capability authorizations.
4. Ensure that internal audits are carried out on the site and on any external agency providing services to the organization.
5. Issue certifying authority to personnel qualified to perform certification.
6. Establishing and maintain a maintenance personnel training program and maintaining a record of maintenance personnel for training, ratings and qualifications.
7. Independently develop, document and implement all work procedures and processes.
8. Coordinate company quality program.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
9. Experience in Quality Management and auditing.
10. Relevant 3rd level qualification
11. Strong leadership ability with experience of leading teams and projects
12. Spoken and written experience with German language would be an advantage.
