Senior Third-Party Risk Management Professional
This role involves providing strategic support to the procurement and contracts team by managing third-party risk.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a centralized process for vendor risk management, covering both new and existing suppliers across the organization.
* Perform thorough risk assessments on all vendors in accordance with internal policies and standards.
* Maintain an up-to-date inventory of vendors using Jira, tracking their onboarding stages and assigning monitoring tasks based on risk ratings.
* Ensure that annual re-assessments are completed for tier 1 and critical vendors.
Additional Key Tasks:
* Contract Oversight: Review and update the risk tiers of all active suppliers annually, ensuring they align with contractual obligations.
* Vendor Offboarding: Coordinate the offboarding process with contract owners, ensuring a smooth transition.
