The Role As the Head of Data Integrations, you will: Lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide data integration frameworks. Oversee ingestion pipelines across internal systems, third-party data providers, and underwriting platforms. Partner with Data Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams to ensure seamless, secure, and scalable data flows. Implement best practices for real-time and batch integrations within AWS. Drive continuous improvement across data quality, lineage, and operational reliability. Manage and mentor a team of integration engineers/contractors as the function grows. Support strategic technology initiatives across the data and cloud landscape. Key Requirements Essential: Proven experience leading data integration functions in complex, data-heavy organisations. Strong background across AWS-native data services Expertise with integration patterns: streaming, APIs, ETL/ELT, real-time event pipelines, and data modelling. Deep understanding of data governance, lineage, and quality frameworks. Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams or large-scale integration programs.
