This role is for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, technically proficient individual, who can manage many different tasks, with the ability to prioritize them and meet differing time-sensitive deadlines.
Responsibilities:
* Providing technical support to the dealer network
* Preparing quality technical information reports
* Attending technical conferences / Training
* Liaising with customer care team
* Management of specialist dealer tools
* Connected car support
* Working with the Dealer Network and carry our dealer visits as required
Requirements:
* Motor Industry experience is essential. Motor Importer / NSC has a distinct advantage.
* Qualified Automotive Technician (Master Technician an advantage)
* EV experience a distinct advantage
* Ideally possess good IT Skills, including MS Office suite
* Proficient technical analytic skills and a high level of attention to detail.
* Excellent organization skills.
* Good written and oral communication and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
